  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
  • Eligible orders or promotional campaigns may qualify for Free Shipping, which will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to track your shipment through the courier partner's website.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Stylovas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
